Lalit K Jain, MD FAAP


Since our practice opened in 1993, we’ve treated every patient like they were a part of our family!:)!
Dr. Jain has lived in Batavia since 1988 and is the founding member of Batavia Pediatrics. Dr. Jain attended the University of Buffalo and received his Medical Doctorate from the Government Medical College in Amritsar, India. He completed his residency at Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo. Dr. Jain is committed to the Batavian community and currently serves on Executive Board of both the United Memorial Medical Center and the Rotary Club of Batavia.

Dr. Jain has a special interest in behavior pediatrics, specifically in childhood obesity. He has been instrumental in starting a program named GET FIT, which helps families become active and adopt a healthier lifestyle.

His hobbies include playing tennis, travelling, listening to music, supporting the Bills and Sabres, and spending time with his family.

Nancy Haitz, RN CPNP
Nancy Haitz is a Batavia native. She received an Associates in Nursing from Genesee Community College, then her undergraduate Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, from the University of Brockport. ​She completed her Masters in Nursing from the University of Buffalo with a certification as a Nurse Practitioner. 

She is an instructor of the American Heart and Red Cross in CPR/AED and also the Director of Health Services for Batavia City Schools. 

She enjoys gardening , boating, running and spending time at the lake with her family.

Kathleen Parker C-PNP 
Certified Lactation Consultant 

Kathleen Parker  lives in Wyoming County and has returned to the Batavia Community to practice.
  She received her BSN from Bowling Green State University, worked for 10 years in Pediatric ICU.
 She then received her Master’s Degree from Kent State.
  Kathleen is certified by ANCC and has been a Pediatric NP for 20 years. She has worked in primary care as well as in newborn and special care nursery.
  She is also a Certified Lactation Counselor.
  Kathleen is very active in her church, the choir, and attending her children’s many activities. Her  hobbies include gardening, sewing, reading, and being a 4 H Leader
